Salam semua lame benor tak update blog ni kan...nak terberanak baru nak update kan...hehe tiba-tiba teringin nak update pasal kahwin 02/02/2013..tahun lepas tunang 12/02/2012, kahwin pun date lebih kurang tu jugak sebab date tu je dewan free..dewan pun kena book awal-awal sekarang ni kalau tak full...sekarang tak kire cuti sekolah ke tak cuti ke..kenduri sana sini.... Pemeriksaan Tulang

Rabu lepas after finish physiotherapy singgah bayar zakat fitrah. Setelah sembang panjang dengan brother zakat singgah booth sebelah counter zakat, booth Anlene. Kakak yang jaga booth Anlene pun offer free checkup untuk tulang. Letak kaki di atas mesin GE lepas itu keluar resulted 1.9 kaki sebelah kanan, kaki yang ada fracture. 1.9 dalam category medium risk. Selama ini minum air Anlene tapi rupa-rupanya cara bancuh salah mungkin penyebab calcium tidak diserap. Cara bancuhan yang betul ialah dengan mencampurkan susu dengan air suam atau air sejuk. Sekiranya sebarang susu tepung dicampurkan dengan air panas calcium dari susu itu akan hilang. Pelajari benda baru hehe. Sehari sebaik-baiknya 2gelas susu pada waktu pagi dan malam. Cuma 1000mg susu akan diserap oleh badan dan selebihnya akan keluar bersama air kencing.

Yesterday dapat call from courier service ada barang diorang nak hantar. Fikir-fikir balik tak ada pula order apa-apa barang online. Bila tanya diorang it's from Prudential, fikir-fikir balik teringat ada buat submission untuk our baby dalam perut tapi pelik juga biasa polisi akan dihantar ke office. So bila fikir-fikir balik baru teringat ada masuk contest dekat fan page PruBSN. Alhamdulillah rezeki bulan Ramadan menang brooch and studs boleh pakai untuk baju melayu hehehe.
